What internet do you have?
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Talk to your ISP if your internet connection has failed.
Post more details about your device if it is failing to connect to your router and ISP.
