Can't update server
I have one server that won't update with openmanage, three others update fine but not this one. I've double checked settings and see nothing wrong.
It doesn't display the FQDN in devices within openmanage, which is odd as all settings are the same and I have the ISM module installed on all hosts (they are vmware).
I don't get a error code within openmange it just says error while initiating the firmware task for the device.
No Events found!

Which model system is having the problem?
Depending on the model, go into the idrac gui, and check the Job Queue and LifeCycle log. I'm leaning towards there being a stale/stuck job that isnt allowing the system to process the updates. if you dont see anything, try SSH into the idrac, then doing a racadm racreset, which will restart the idrac. no settings will be changed with this comnmand.

No stuck jobs, I've already soft reset the idrac and no change.
