Change MTU on OME?
Is there a way to change the MTU of the interface of the appliance itself?
We host it at hetzner.de using their vswitch technology, and they require an MTU of 1400.
Currently, the appliance does not work on the network, and I haven't found a way to change the MTU yet.
Thanks
Michel

Hi,
There might be a way to change the appliance MTU settings, but it's not recommended to change the settings, it's not verified that it will work or being documented.
You will need to SSH into OME appliance to amend the network settings. Before you can SSH in, you will need to enable Field Service Debug (FSD) Mode on the appliance. Here is the steps to do so : https://dell.to/3n8KEI1. Once you are able to SSH into the appliance, you can modify the settings with CentOS command lines.
Let me know if you have any questions.
