CloudIQ plugin - problem with contracts (?)

Hi,

I have finally installed the CLOUDIQ plugin on my Dell OpenManage Enterprise 3.8.0 version. I have added all my servers to this plugin. All of my servers have active support, BUT the CLOUDIQ shows, that 7 of my servers have support contracts expired, and this is not true as you can see on below picture. Why is that ? What must I do sho the CloudIQ could show all details from my servers ? Now we have 2021 year, the support end on 2023. And I don`t understand why for the CloudIQ this is expired contract....:/

Hi, thanks for choosing Dell. In this case, would you be able to rather make a phone call to the local phone support to fix the error? You are IN warranty but it's just showing wrong there it seems like. They should be able to assist you better. Have a great one.
