Configuration Inventory Empty - No Information
Hello,
I advised that the Configuration Inventory tab is showing "No Information" for the major number of servers. Different models, blades, etc. All majorly updated to the latest firmware versions. Checked firewall and I don't see differences between the servers that have data and the ones that are not getting data.
I tried to delete a device and-readd it with no luck.
Any idea?, thanks.

I was contacted by a Dell Support Engineer as I opened a ticket with a STAG of one server, and we found reports only for R450 models, all other servers don't have anything in the configuration inventory, why?, we don't know. As workaround we scheduled a Inventory task, enabling the option "Collect Configuraiton Inventory", and all is populated now. Thanks.

Hello,
Is this a new appliance or an upgraded appliance?
What is the OME version you are using?
You verified OpenManage Enterprise hardware requirements
Ports and Firewall exceptions

Enter the Text User Interface (TUI) and restart services.
Check results

Hello.
The appliance is in the latest verion right now, and yes, it was part of migration from 3 to 4 and the other updates needed.
But we have a big number of servers added after the migration and we don't have data there, also, new servers addedd in the latest version.
I don't think it is a problem with firewalls, because in the same site/network I can see some servers with values in the Configuration Inventory and others servers in same network with "No Information"..
I will restart the appliance and check it again, but I think, it will not be the solution.
