Custom reports - duplicates

Hi, when I try to create and run custom reports, e.g. server inventory including iDRAC IPs, i get duplicate lines in report. Even if I try to replicate built-in reports, I am still getting one server multiple times...

Edit: I found that this is happening when I chose e.g. CPU field "Processor Family", so if server has two CPUs, than it is twice in the report. I can uderstand this behavior, but in built-in reports this is somehow filtered and duplicates are removed. Is there any way to achieve this "distinct" query in custom reports?
