Dell OME Services Plugin Setup

Hello, 

In order to use the Services plugin, you must register a site with Dell Support. 
This site will be the contact and shipping information used for support cases and dispatch. 
We use a single OME instance to support multiple sites across the US. 
How do you set up the Services plugin to create cases and alerts specific to each site?

After you install services you have a PLUGIN GROUPS in your devices.  Under that you will have a level called Services.  You can create groups under here that can contain devices for each of you sites.  For each group you can specify contact & delivery details.  In my setup each site has 2 groups one for Windows servers & another for Linux servers because they are managed by 2 separate groups. 

The biggest downside here is that these groups are manually setup & maintained...  I really wish you could use query groups so someone doesn't have to manually maintain these....

I had tried this with a query and it recreated one I already had. I was afraid this may be the answer as we already have 16 sites. I will give a static group a try.
