Error - the number of records
Hello,
I recieved an alert today with the following
Message ID: CMON0173
Message: The number of records has exceeded 475 entries. Old jobs records will be purged when the total number of records reaches 500
I'll be honest, i'm not too concerned with the message as it sounds like it'll auto delete which is fine, but what is bizzare is the fact I had an email alert about this.
In Alert Policies, I have a policy to email us with critical issues which then sends an email which then auto creates a ticket for us, but this policy is only set for iDRAC in the Category list.
As the CMON0173 alert seems to be for the actual OME appliance itself, why did I get this email alert?

The CMON0173 is indeed an iDrac error, not that one of OpenManage. It is an informational alert, which there is no action for, as it is just an alert to let you know, so you may export the logs if you desire before they are removed. Now I believe it is within the Configuration group on the Alerts page, under the iDrac.

I've removed this from the alerting now, but it didn't come in as information severity, it came in as a warning.
It's weird how if it's for iDRAC itself it didn't mention which iDRAC.
