Error with Cloud IQ plugin
I'm getting the following error when trying to activate the CloudIQ plugin:

In CloudIQ I went to Admin/Settings/Your Account and disabled the PowerEdge servers that were added by our OpenManage system. Now the servers no longer show up on the CloudIQ dashboard.

Hi @GB-AK,
I'm relatively bad with OME and CloudIQ plugin, but I'll try my best to help out. If in any case, all configuration are correct and there is still error on testing the proxy, I would need to advice to call into support to engage a SME to check on the OME logs.
Can I check with you if OME itself is working on your proxy settings? CloudIQ plugin uses the same proxy settings as OME. And it has some prerequisites, if you can check on page 12 on the user guide https://dell.to/3EzHtmN
What port is the proxy using, 8080?

Thanks for replying back. The CloudIQ Plugin was working then we moved the virtual appliance to our DR site (via Zerto) and it stopped working. We moved it back and it is still not working. Because it was working I don’t think there is a proxy/firewall issue. The OpenManage works as it can go out and download new firmware, it is just the CloudIQ Plugin that does not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but it still does not work.
One thing I just noticed today is when I click on the Transfer Log I get the following error:
An error occurred while retrieving transfer logs

Would you clarify what you see, if anything, in the CloudIQ logs within

The CloudIQ Logs are blank, that might be because I tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the CloudIQ plugin.

Hello GB-AK,
It may be to the point that Joey recommended to contact into Support to engage a SME to check on the OME logs.
A few steps I can think of to try:
*Reboot appliance
*Clear browser cache, try different browser
*You may try rediscover the device. Page 6
*review over Configure CloudIQ plug in - step 4 and 5. Page 11
*Configure or confirm configuration of proxy settings Page 12

I’m just going to disable the plug-in, not worth the hassle to get it working. When it did work it added 47 servers to our CloudIQ site however now they all show “Lost Connection”. Do you know how to delete these 47 servers and the OpenManage collector from our CloudIQ site?

Hi GB,
I'm not familiar with CloudIQ myself, so I did some looking through documentation. I found a similar article about removing collectors and what I found recommended contacting support directly. I'd think that what you're asking is likely simple, but I didn't find something like a list of steps I could share, unfortunately.
