How to access TUI AFTER initial provisioning???

Hi, this is a valid question that I don't feel has been answered.   How do you get to the TUI after OME has been installed and initially configured? (need specific instructions on how to do this). I do not have vSphere however I can sign on to the OME VM to the graphical interface but there don't seem to be any instructions on how to get to the TUI after the initial configuration is complete.  I have this running on a 2016 Hyper-V Core server.  Any help would be appreciated.

I've managed to answer my own question but figured I'd post back for those knocking their heads on the wall like I was.   

I'm running a 2016 Hyper-V Core server and the TUI is accessed from Hyper-V Manager by connecting to the console for the VM.   It seems you cannot get to the TUI through the web browser once you have initially configured OME.  This information is absent in the manual.
