Incorrect Device IP Address On Email Alerts

Hi Dell Team,

We have configured email alert policy, while receiving alerts on emails Device IP Address is showing incorrect (Showing DELL OpenManage IP Address) on alerts.

Below is the subject and body of email:

Subject: Device Name: $name(showing Correct),  Device IP Address: $ip(Showing Incorrect(Showing Dell OpenManage IP)),  Severity: $severity

Body: Event occurred for Device Name: $name, Device IP Address: $ip(Showing Incorrect IP), Service Tag: $identifier, UTC Time: $time, Severity: $severity, Message ID: $messageId, $message

Please assist.

Hello, I am wondering if it is not normal that the IP address is the OME  IP address. I don't have a chance to do the test.
Anyway I would investigate the DNS and what ip address the device is seen with in OME.
Can you possibly elaborate with our team of OME experts if needed

IP Address in the emails is showing OME Appliance IP rather then Device IP Address.

Can you or team can assist in the issue as alert policy is seems to be ok.

Further to add we have upgraded OME from 3.10 to 4.0, however this issue was observed since the deployment of older version as well.
