issue support ticket from OME?
Am i not supposed to be able to issue a support ticket (about broken memory like here for instance) from OME?
And also... OME notices that one server has a problematic memory module, but why does it still say "Recent Alerts = 0" ???

Hello, for the highlighted in the attached :
https://dell.to/3JIcObZ
"Within the global server industry, there is an increasingly accepted understanding, shared by Dell, that some correctable errors per DIMM are unavoidable and do not inherently warrant a memory module replacement or even an immediate reboot to initiate self-healing."

Ok, perhaps, i'll discuss that with the support after i have registered a ticket.
But the question at hand is actually...
1. Am i not supposed to be able to create a ticket directly from OME?
2. And... Why does it display "recent alerts 0"?
This screenshot with the memory is just an example.

Hello,
this memory error doesn't create any alert, yes Open Manage Enterprise accelerates resolution by creating Technical Support cases automatically to Dell. But for this kind of error no need to create a ticket to Dell.
Thanks
