Newly deployed OME 3.10 problem after reboot
Hi all, newly deployed OME in version 3.10.0 Build 169 has some problem to boot up after reboot. Does anyone know what is going on? Upgrade to newer version 3.10.1.51 is also not successful and ending with the same error.

If you have the same problem please use previous OVF image 3.9 and upgrade to newest version.

Hello Pavel_B,
Looks like it could be a browser issue.
Try clearing browser cache.
Have you tried different browser: Edge, Chrome, Firefox?

Yes I tested also with Firefox but this doesn't look like browser cache problem because when I am checking appliance service status via console randomly services are in state activating ... mainly Monitor service
For some reason cant get up all services...

Hi,
I have exactly same issue on two freshly installed OME instances with version 3.10.0 (Build 169) which is latest available for download. After reboot, services will not start. I even tried redeploying it, but nothing has changed.
I think it has something to do with these tasks in the background. If you cancel all the tasks except Default Console Update Execution Task (which can't be cancelled for some reasons), upgrade will start and OME services will fail to start.

Hello,
please can you check this release note?
220679 Appliance
Upgrade
Upgrade of a 'scaled' appliance may fail due to
insufficient provisioning of hard drive space that
is required for the data backup from large number
of devices and additional plugins.
If the storage utilization in the Resource
Utilization home screen widget is more than
33%, it is recommended to add twice the size
of current hard disk size using the Configure
and also can you try to disable plugins?

In my case both instances have only ~1.5% storage utilization and no plugins. It's fresh deploymennt.

How this can be related if we have newly installed OME? So without devices only after fresh install ...

In this case we need to better analyze the issue and logs to see what is going on.
Can you try to contact our technical support, because they can access and troubleshoot the issue remotely.
Thanks
