OpenManage Enterprise 4.0.1 CloudIQ plugin keeps failing
I was on version 3 for a while with no issues, last month I migrated to version 4.0.1 with CloudIQ plugin verson 2.0.0.162. That seems to have gone smoothly but ever since it seems every week or two it stops sending data claiming there's a transfer error. The only way I've resolved that is by rebooting the appliance, the problem then becomes if I reboot the appliance the CloudIQ plugin resets its configuration back to factory default and I have to create a new key, re-register it, all that. It'll start working until a few weeks later when I'll start getting transfer errors again and the cycle repeats.
Anyone ever see this before and if you did, how did you resolve it?

MLWeiner,
I haven't seen that before, now if you want to troubleshoot the issue yourself then I would suggest deleting the CloudIQ and then doing a clean installation of 4.0.1 to see if that resolves the issue. If not then you can reply to the private message I will send with your svc tag and I can look at creating a case with the OpenManage team to test it.
Let me know if this helps.

Okay, I am back in the office on Tuesday and I'll give that a try. It does run for a while, generally about a week or two between failures so I'll have to watch it for a bit before I know if we have a resolution.

@DELL-Chris H So it failed again, I uninstalled the plugin, but now it won't reinstall, I keep getting Downloaded archive is invalid. Invalid license agreements archive signature when I try to reinstall the plugin.
