openmange 3.10 dont send email alerts
hi team!
We have installed openmange enterprise 3.10 and we have configured several alerts via email SMTP but we dint receive any. Only the test one works.

Got alert issue resolved by removing SNMP settings in OME and adding them back.

Infra-Team ES,
Would you confirm how you are triggering the alert to test if you are getting them? I ask as the test function can have issues at times. If you go to the iDrac of one of the servers and trigger the alert from there, on whichever device you chose, is the alert sent out then?
Let me know what you see.

I am having a similar issue. I've tested both IPMI and SNMP Trap from iDRAC and alerts were not received by OME. I also noticed that compliance task is not generating alerts either. Is there logs I can look at on OME appliance to troubleshoot this?

hi team! We continue with the same problem. It is possible to have a meeting with technician.
We only have the SMTP mail service configured, we do not have SNMP configured
I have deleted all the config again, and the same problem is the test mail it works, but the all alters don't.

We have discovered all the devices correctly, we only want to send some criticals alerts via gmail.
is possible We can make a meet with a Dell technician

Infra-Team ES,
If you select everything under the tree seen below, do you get the alerts? I ask as I want to see if it is that it is using a custom config for this part of the wizard and it's not including the alerts you actually want.
