Possible to Upgrade from 3.9.0 to 3.10.0 (Offline mode)

Question

Hi All, Is it possible to upgrade OME from 3.9.0 to 3.10.0 via offline mode? My current version is 3.9.0. Why i'm asking this because i did download all the necessary files for version 3.10.0 and saved it on the web server. I created directory structure according in my web server. On the Application Settings > Console and Plugins, i was unable to find any updates. Why? Should i upgrade these ways 3.9.2 > 3.10.0 > 3.10.1? But based on reading, OME 3.6 and above could be upgraded directly.

Hi Martin, Yeah, i managed to upgrade to the latest by version to version 3.9.2 > 3.10.0 > 3.10.1. But why in the Dell document, 'OME 3.6 and above could be upgraded directly.' mentioned it?
