For the R740, could you rediscovery on the server then try run inventory. You mentioned that you ran an error, what exact error message? Are you able to do a screenshot of you have try rediscovery then inventory.
As for warranty information, does the OMEnt server able to access Dell.com? Can you check on the firewall if it's blocked. Also, could you check port 443 is open. Ref page 27: https://dell.to/2T09Cwp
For Power Management add on, may I know if your OpenManage Enterprise does have Advanced license?
As for this Warranty. I think, that server has acces to dell.com, because I can get information about firmware and I can see which firmware is old and which is new:
As for warranty, I have checked logs and found something like this:

And as for the errors in the inventory Job for servers R740 , I have found this king of logs in the monitorserfice.log file (I have renamed ip address: )

Thanks for the logs. Could be useful. I might need to get back to you on this, I'll need to check with the experts. Would it be possible that you could PM me your details, email, phone no#, and server service tag.
I started with 3.3.1 from scratch. No problems with IDRAC V8 servers (R630, R730 etc.) but only with R640 our first IDRAC V9 servers. I can discover them, but after the onbording the status and inventory jobs get errors. Trying to run updates they get correctly initiated to the IDRACs but the remote mount fails.
As I can update R640 IDRACs from a NFS share using a copy of the same repository without any problem.
I have requested support from the network team to double check if there are any firewall issues, but my feeling points me to the application layer between appliance and IDRAC. I have no experience of the advanced debugging features inside the appliance that will become available when opening the root shell, nor did I enabled remote logging capabilites yet. Let me know what I should provide to assist you in solving this issue.
I have decided to create a fresh installation of Dell OME 3.3.1 , and after the fresh installation I can run inventory job without problems on Dell R740. Now the inventory job run without warnings...
And even Warranty job WORKS :D. I`m so happy....:)..
But I don`t know why the update to new version from 3.2.1 to 3.3.1 destroyed everything :/.
Update catalog is from February 7th, many updates are newer February 14th to 19th. OS COLLECTOR 5.0 is present in baseline but the link is dead. All update job fails with "firmware cannot be downloaded" or something like that.
I downloaded and installed OS COLLECTOR manually. Update ok, issue remained.
I downloaded and installed newest iSM 3.5.0 manually. Update ok, issue remained.
I downloaded and installed newest iDRAC 4.10.10.10 manually. Update ok, issue SOLVED - discovery ok, inventory ok.

Hello,
For the R740, could you rediscovery on the server then try run inventory.

Hello @DELL-Joey C
I have removed all my 3 R740 servers , rediscovered them again, run 'refresh inventory' and still I have receive the same errors...
"The Inventory operation failed. Inventory details were not provided by device.
Before upgrade, the inventory job worked well... From R730 I have no errors.
As for Warranty I will ask my network admins
As for Power Management addon. I have checked all my 8 servers and I have this licences:
hyperv8 - OpenManage Enterprise Advanced
hyperv9 - OpenManage Enterprise Advanced
hvdr2 - OME Server Configuration Management
hvdr1 - OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features
hyperv7 - OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features
hyperv6 - OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features
hyperv4 - OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features
hyperv3 - OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features

I'm having the same exact problem with 3.3.1. The only server I can't inventory is my R740xd. 720 and 610 all inventory w/out issue

Hi,
Thanks for the logs.

Hi.
Regards..

Hi,
Thanks for the update, glad to know you manage to resolve the issue.
May I know if you are running on current updated version of iDRAC?
And did you uninstall PMP too when you uninstalled OME?
For the others here, could you check if you're running on latest firmware of iDRAC, 4.10.10.10? And do you have PMP installed?

Same issue with R440.
