Remote Tasks removed in OM Enterprise
Why has the remote tasks feature been removed from Open Manage Enterprise and will it be returning in the full release?

Right, so we've gotten feedback on the need to get this back in the product. Unfortunately I don't see it making it back into the immediate next release. But I know it is on the list for consideration after that. I'll pass along your post so it can add to the 'votes'.
I know it may not be exactly what you are looking for, but you can do a 'bit' of this with Jobs | Create Job | Remote Command on Devices. This allows a remote SSH/RACADM/IPMI command. It may partially suit some use cases.

Ah .... still getting used to the menus, I use this quite heavily for doing bulk RACADM CLI commands and that's mainly what I was looking for, looks like the functionality exists I just didn't know where to look for it, thanks for the info. I am happy to keep using the job creation for this.
