Unable to enable the the service plugin
Was previously under version 4.4.0 of OpenManage Enterprise with the service plugin working. Went and upgraded to 4.5.0 which necessitated the disabling of all plugins. Upgrade completed successfully, but now after re-enabling the Service plugin, the "Enable Services Connectivity" is unchecked and greyed out. Can't seem to find a way to re-enable it.

Requesting to clear the browser cache and try logging into OME and check in Services Plugin and see if the data is being displayed.

Hi,
What is the Service Plugin version that you are having in OME, is there any further upgrades that are pending?

The plugin version is 4.5.0.1061. Seems that the contact details were erased as part of the update, and when trying to re-add contact details the "Time Zone" drop down menu is empty preventing me from saving the contact details. Additionally, whenever going to enable the connectivity option an error pops up "Unable to register. Retry after some time."

Thanks, clearing browser cache did it. Once that was done everything resume properly and existing cases are now showing up in OME!
