Application Error 100 on Windows 2008 R2
Few minutes after adding a server within OME Console and enabling repeating polling of the status, we begin to have this event in the event logs:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error

Computer: bxl_fs_01.SXPBELUX.NET

Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.18229, time stamp: 0x51fb164a

Then this event appears more often and after a few hours the server becomes extremely slow and we need to do a reboot.
Any idea ?
Thanks

This seems to be an issue with WMI service in Windows. There are couple of Microsoft KB articles on this issue:
