Broadcom 17.6.0 Catalog Issue
After updating the Broadcom to v17.6.0 it still shows as needing to be updated. Is there a fix for this?
Running OME v1.2 & OMSA v7.3.

Does the Software inventory (Manage->Devices- and select Details tab) show the version as v17.6.0 for Broadcom ?
Does the compliance report (Manage->System Updates) show both "Available version" and "Installed version" as v17.6.0 ?
Is this an upgrade install or a new install of OME 1.2 ?
Thanks,
Raj Shresta

Software inventory shows v17.6.0
Compliance report shows v17.6.0 installed and v17.6.0.0 available
OME v1.2 is an upgrade
Repository is SUU 7.3. I don't have external FTP access on my servers.
Thanks for your quick response.

Was the latest catalog imported from SUU 7.3 prior to upgrading from OME 1.1.1 -> 1.2 ?
After upgrade is the catalog (Manage->System Update->View Active Catalog) still pointing to SUU ?
If the answer is yes, this is a known issue. Please call Dell Tech Support and open a support case (800-945-3355). That will help Dell Tech support to collect appropriate logs and provide a fix.

I take that back. I added the Broadcom driver to the Q1 updates for a problem we were having with one of our R720's. So the Broadcom driver was part of the OME upgrade.

SUU 7.3 was imported after OME 1.2 upgrade.
Active catalog is pointing to the repository I created.

Is this behavior only seen for Broadcom driver or all the other components as well (Ex: BIOS, iDRAC etc.). ?

From what I understand this is related to OME 1.1.1->1.2 upgrade. Please call Dell Tech Support and open a support case (800-945-3355) and they will be able to provide a fix.
