Cannot find some servers in the network
Hello,
I would like to ask another questions.
We added all the subnet information on the range of OME, and search the devices with SNMP protocol only. However, we cannot find many Citrix Hosts from the network.
I surely setup with the correct SNMP Protocol name and Ome Server on SNMP Services on each Citrix hosts, but only few servers are discovered proplery.
They are in the same subnet and same OS. We used all DELL Servers for the Citrix hosts.
Would you please let us know any suggestion?

Hi,
You can try running the troubleshooting tool and provide the IP address of one of the hosts which is not discovered. If the troubleshooting tool is not able to communicate to the host, there may be an issue. If the tool is successful, just try adding that one server to the discovery range and check the results.
