Database Location Question
I am working in an environment where the customer has created 2 Windows Server 2008 VM's for me to stand up OME. One VM is for OME and the other VM is for SQL 2008. The system will have about 2000 nodes when all is said and done.
I know the standard "best practice" is to install the database on a separate server, but I am wondering if that is really necessary in this situation.
What is everyone else doing? Separate servers or just one? Thanks!

Hey and thanks for the post.
Take a look at the wp here, table 1 suggests remote. Certainly help on the memory of the OME box.
Good luck!
