Device search errors

I have been trying to use the Device search option on Dell OME. I get an SQL error when trying to search for a device. This error has occured in the past and a reboot of the server has usualy fixed this but not this time. I then tried to run the Trouble shooting tool and got the following error  (see below the image) when attempting to check the database. (the database is local to the server.)

The SQL error is the first attachment The other attachment is the output from the trouble shooter tool. Any help would be appreciated.

Details: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

This is a known issue and will be fixed in OME 1.2 release (tentative mid July 2013 RTS). If you need a fix for 1.1.1, please call Dell Tech support (800-945-3355) and mention that you would like an escalation for this issue.

This is now fixed with 1.1.1

It didn't work straight after the update but started working the next day. I assume that a DB scheduled job ran overnight to make it work ?

Thanks for your help
