Checking the Status on the following Job(s): JID_001407331297 The JOBID JID_001407331297 has failed with the following message: Package verification failed. MessageID: RED007

Download Error occured.   Package ESM_Firmware_G6N28_WN32_1.97_A00.EXE failed to download on target device. Update failed.  Software Update Task Failed.

Upgrading from iDRAC6 (physical add-in card) to iDRAC7 (soldered as SOC onto a mobo) is not possible through a firmware upgrade. Please clarify.

HI there,

I think I've seen folks ask about this before but it is usually resolved by clearing the job queue and resetting the iDrac.

Hope this helps,

Rob
