Having the same issue. Just looking for the default user/pass

In presenting a demo of OME, I was asked if there was a cost associated with discovering ESXi servers in OME. A coworker stated that legacy Dell used to charge for a plug-in that allowed this feature. Looking on Google, I see a product named OpenManage Integration for VMWare vCenter. Is this a separate product from OME or has OME incorporated this feature and it is no longer a separate charge to the customer?

I would prefer the appliance console be sitting at a login screen, rather than information and wizards. Also, SNMP for the appliance would be nice.

I don't know if this issue has already been raised, but the sorting of columns across multiple pages does not seem to work well in any area of OMEnterprise. If a set of results spans multiple pages, say in the Warranty section, and then you try to sort the view by the Days Remaining column, it will only sort the results displayed on the current page and will not sort the entire results set.

I know you can set filters to narrow the results, but it would seem that the expected behavior for sorting would be to look across all pages of results and order the items accordingly.

A workaround would be to give the ability to change the number of results displayed on a page, but I do not see an option for that either.

Any thoughts for how to deal with this issue and/or would it be possible to raise this as a feature request or bug fix?

When will OME be released as a binary installation for RHEL Linux? I would like to deploy it without using the CentOS based appliance.

The appliance is convenient but we have RHEL support.

I recently upgraded to version 3.3.0 OpenManage Enterprise. The product has been working fine until the previous upgrade, and now firmware updates are failing. I am receiving the below error after every DUP download phase on a firmware update.

Running
Processing the DUP downloads
This may take sometime
Downloading and verifying the update package(s)
Checking package content and validating
Package(s) download operation failed.
Complete

Is this a known issue, and is there a fix?
