In most cases, the key should be stored in your Microsoft account. Log in there to retrieve it.
If the system wasn't activated with a Microsoft account and you do not have a backup of the key, the only path forward is a bare-metal reinstall of Windows -- make Windows recovery media using the MS Media Creation Tool (on a flash drive) and boot the system from it. You can do a complete ground-up reload of Windows from there.
