Dell client DRM
For the dell client DRM, is there a agent that can be pushed out to the machines, similar to OMSA, so that the repo i get reflect exactly what is needed, and nothing else?

The current version of DRM for Business Clients (v1.7) does not support building repositories based on inventory from Business client systems.
If you are looking at something similar to OMSA, Dell OpenManage Inventory Agent for Business Clients should help you. Microsoft SCCM is the tool that can used to push this agent and remotely deploy updates.
