intel (R) matrix storage manager option rom on dell precision T5500

Hi to all,

just want to ask any suggestion regarding my pc 

it wont let me boot to os stuck with the intel (R) matrix storage manager option rom, also wont let me go inside bios try to do f2 also stuck in this image, any advise? thanks
