DAE4P to Host.
Hello.
I have a Dell/EMC DAE4P with 15 146Gb FC drives installed. Do I have to have it attached to a processing unit? Can I use this attached directly to a server over fibre? If I can, which fibre channel card will I need?

You'll have to set it's enclosure ID to a unique ID on the bus that you'll be putting the enclosure and then follow the steps in the NST tool to attach it.
