Which lockdown error are you getting?  In most cases in order to clear a lockdown you will need to access vxshellusr account so that you can run the lemmeclearlockdown command on both controllers to clear the error.  If your system still has a service contract, then it is best to contact support to have them clear the lockdown.  The vxshellusr account username & password is reserved to support, you might be able to do an internet search and find the instructions on how it can be done if your system is not under a support contract.

Unfortunately our service contract ended in Jan 2020, which was never utilized as we never faced any issue, is it possible to assist us, just to clear this lockdown issue.

I am not able to assist without a service contract.  If you do a search on the internet you may find the steps that are needed to clear the lockdown.
