24 HOURS ON HOLD FOR WARZONE DELL.COM

Why does Dell not hire enough to technicians to cover their obvious multiple problems with the inferior quality equipment they sell? Why do the salespeople promise help 24/7 when you could actually be on the phone for days before you would get help? I have been on the phone for a good estimation of 24 hours in 4 weeks, just holding waiting for a tech to say hello.
