​How big a hard drive will the A-20 bios for optiplex GM 5120 handle?​

The largest hard drive supported natively within the Optiplex GM series is 8.4GB. If you wish to install a larger hard drive, you may need to install a PCI IDE controller card for use with that larger drive.
