"Auto Adjust In Progress" constantly flashing on-screen.
Hey there, I've got a little bit of a problem with my monitor. My monitor has constantly been flashing "Auto Adjust In Progress" every few seconds, and occasionally goes away, but then returns again.
I've tried going into the menu to try and fix it, but the menu selection keeps going up, almost like the "+" button is being held down on its own. It stops randomly and then starts again for no apparent reason. Could someone point me in the right direction on how to fix this? It's not a problem with my computer itself; it's the monitor for sure. Thanks!

Tighten the two plastic fasteners on the cable that goes into the back of the monitor and also where the same cable goes into the back of the computer.My brother, whos is able to answer almost any computer issue suggested this and it has worked for me. He also suggested humidity might make a difference. If all else fails he said I would probably need a new monitor. Try tightening the fasteners,simple solution but worked for me.
