Bios Cmos Jumper

I have a D5000, and i open the box for the first time and i noticed the jumper is missing, and i wonder where can i get one like that? doesn't matter if it cost me some extra, just give the chance to restore the bios

cause i can't do anything cause i made a keyboard change so i can't use it to get in i bios

A jumper from any IDE hard drive, or cdrom drive will work, or short the 2 pins for 5 seconds with a suitable small screwdriver, being very careful of course. Unplug the power cord first, then hold the power button in for 15 seconds to discharge any remaining voltage from the motherboard before proceeding.
