Bluetooth BCM 2045 not operating / re-installing

I recently had a problem with not being able to use the bluetooth facility on my XPS M1210, it was showing on by the icon light but it couldn't actually find it or use it and its status was showing as stopped.

I therefore tried to uninstall it and re-install it, now it won't re-install and came up with a message saying that it couldn't be installed as windows could not find the necessary software. It also comes up as a questionmarked icon in the Device Manger list.

I have tried installing all new drivers etc but it is not working.

Any help?

Does anyone know what software I am missing and where I can get it from?
