Building and reusing
I'm working on building a new computer, and plan to reuse some of the parts that came with my Dimension 8200. I want to know if (a) all the components I have selected are compatible with each other, (b) if I'll be able to reuse some of my 8200 pieces, and (c) if I am missing and key components to the computer.
(a)

Hard Drive:

(b)
I plan to reuse the following Dimension 8200 parts: sound card, cd drive, and maybe the hard drive.
(c)
Am I missing anything?

I didn't look at the hardware you listed. None of the links are "hyperlinks" (clickable links).
But, you will need a new Retail version of the Operating System. The Dell supplied OS is tied to the Dell BIOS.
If the sound card is a Dell OEM version, e.g. a Dell SoundBlaster card you will have to use the Dell drivers, if you try to use retail SoundBlaster drivers they will tell you there is no SoundBlaster product installed.

Also, how do I make it so my links are hyperlinks?

Thanks in advance!
Also, is a 450 watt power supply enough for this system?
