Chromebox for meetings has become a brick (Yellow Exclamation and not much else)
Hi,
I have a chromebox for meetings.
When it boots up we get a Yellow Excl. Mark. And Ctrl+D doesn't work. No button pressing does.
So what do I do from here?
I called DELL for a warranty repalcement but once I put in my EX number the automated response was:
"Support is not possible due to a technical issue" "Please try again later".
LOL - even the technical support needs technical support. Who is going to help me?
What I think has happened - The HDD has broken. It can't even find it to boot.
How do I get this fixed please?
