1 我于武汉外文书店购买贵公司和圣比尔合作的魔兽争霸III混乱之治+冰封王座（29.9+29.9)以及反恐精英1.005(38)发现没有包含Blizzard Entertainment的世界战网(Battle.net)CD-KEY曾经和贵公司通过邮件和电话的形式交流沟通过，贵公司说那样的碟子是属于家庭装正版，只要购买神州奥美发行的内送精美手机链的98元魔兽就可以上世界站网。
I bought Warcraft III Reign Of Chaos+The Frozen Throne (29.9+29.9 RMB) and Counter Strike 1.005 (38 RMB) produced by sunbill ( www.sunbill.com.cn) and aomeisoft ( www.aomeisoft.com) from English Book Store,Wuhan.But I haven't find any CD-KEY which can be used to connected to the Battle.net founded by Blizzard Entertainment.For this problem,I had sent e-mail and made phone calls to communicate with your company(aomeisoft),they say the disk I bought is called copy right OEM home edition,if I buy the one produced by aomeisoft which cost 98 RMB,contained a mobilephone line,it can must be connected to the world wide Blizzard Entertainment Battle.net.
2 我在你们的网站上订购了产品（ http://www.aomeisoft.com/dg/）通过邮局收到了包裹。可是却发现安装后母盘与圣比尔的一致为1.08Gb左右的大小与暴雪官方声明的相差甚远；可能包含私人开凿的后门出现很多CCNET之类用户名；当点击连接Battle.net按钮试图从Battle.net自动下载官方补丁包的时候停留在0%无法下载，我试图从贵公司网站（ http://war.aomeisoft.com/zhuanti_small_85_1.htm）下载2个补丁War3TFT_1.20e_Chinese_simp&War3TFT_1.20e_1.21a_Chinese_simp将魔兽升级后可以连接Battle.net按钮。
I bought the product from the web ( http://www.aomeisoft.com.dg/) then I recived the disk package from the post office.But I found that the disk which can be used to produced disks for selling is the same one as the sunbill one,program files added up can be as large as 1.08Gb,more or less,that size.It must be much different from the size Blizzard Entertainment announced;it may contains personal trojans or backdoor programs which can do harm to my DELL PC bought from China.I see many users nameed CCNET and so on in many channals;when I press the battle.net button trying to auto_download Blizzard patch pack,it stays 0% can never continue,then I try to download two patches from http://war.aomeisoft.com/zhuanti_small_85_1.htm which called War3TFT_1.20e_Chinese_simp&War3TFT_1.20e_1.21a_Chinese_simp,double_clicked both icons to manal updata war3 program to 1.21a,then I can connect to "Battle.net" through [Battle.net] button.
3 这是最关键的一点核心问题。我发现可以进入自定义不排名游戏和快速游戏，快速游戏进入的主机和设置的地图不符且延迟惊人，无法自己建立可以进入世界排名系统的主机游戏（即无法localhost a room connect to Battle.net which can play with the Battle.net players and record then report the scores to the world wide Blizzard Entertainment Battle.net Britain)点击组队游戏按钮出现的对话框刷新不出任何对手玩家。
This is the problem I most care about.I realise that I can join in the no-ladder score recorded and reported to the Blizzard games,as well as quick games,but the maps must be auto-selected,I can't chose a map to localhost a room connect to Battle.net which can play with the Battle.net players and record then report the scores to the world wide Blizzard Entertainment Battle.net Britain_ladder.I press team game button but I can't see any players in any channal from the window.
4 检查过防火墙似乎不是防火墙的问题造成的，或者这个网络是嵌入奥美对战平台而假冒的世界Battle.net？
It shouldn't be the matter caused by the firewall,can it be the network produced by aomeisoft to make things look like world wide Battle.net?
5 总会莫名其妙掉线之后就会显示我的用户名被他人占用.掉线的次数高达战斗次数20%以上.
I always drop from the line for about more then 20% games,the war3 program tells me the ID I bought from aomeisoft is being used by others.
安装后注册对话框显然有问题.此时曾和杀毒软件冲突.
After installing the program,the login dialog box can be easy found it has problem.The same time,it has truble with McAfee.
暴雪官方补丁(第一个)不可用;http://war.aomeisoft.com/zhuanti_small_85_1.htm 下载的补丁(二,三)可用.
The patch I download from Blizzard.com (the first one) can't patch the program;patches from http://war.aomeisoft.com/zhuanti_small_85_1.htm (2nd and 3ed ones) can patch war3.
软件大小和暴雪官方声明相差甚远.
The size of the software can be much different from the size Blizzard announced.

After I Uninstall the program without producers from the control center
之后注册表里面残余很多包含Blizzard/war/war3/warcraft的键值.
I still can find many things contains Blizzard/war/war3/warcraft in regedit.
软件声称可以使用简体中文/繁体中文/日文/英文/韩文,可是只有简体中文可用.
The software announced I can use Chinese_simple/Chinese_troditional/Japanese/English/Korean,but the only one can work is Chinese_simple.
无法从Battle.net下载补丁.
I can never download patch from Battle.net.

只少拍摄了AI Scripts一个文件夹.我可以详细上报所有文件的情况.
