XP (both 32- and 64-bit) has been deprecated and is nearing end of life, but it's still supported with updates and patches.

I've used XP x64 on four different mainboards (including two Gigabyte H67 boards bought last year) and all hardware had 64-bit drivers.

One condition is that you be using a 64 bit operating system, but we cannot advise you on the hardware requirements since you have not told us what computer model you are using.

When you have a 32-bit operating system, this does not recognize 8gb of memory, 3±gb is all a 32-bit system can address.

Basically what it means is, while you can install 8gb of memory in the system, the reason it’s not recognized is mainly due to the 32-bit applications on memory address limitations.

64-bit processors & operating systems will recognize beyond the 32-bit limitation.

There is no way to "upgrade" between architectures ... you must reinstall.  XP 64-bit is not nearly as stable (or as supported by device drivers, etc.) as XP 32-bit and Vista/7 64-bit, so hopefully you don't run into issues running XP x64.

XP x64 is very stable and I've had no problems with drivers after installing it on four different machines.

That being said, there's little reason to be using it now.

64 Bit XP was abandoned by Microsoft so often 64 bit drivers for XP cannot be found.

"a good like"??

If you are looking for a place to find a 64-bit installation CD, you may not find one.  Check eBay.  There were few enough people who used 64-bit XP, that they will be much harder to find than a 32-bit CD.
