DELL FINANCIAL SERVICES
IN JAN. I DID NOT RECIEVE AN INVOICE, SO I CALLED ON JAN 18TH AND DID A CHECK BY PHONE. WE JUST GOT OUR BANK STATEMENT AND THEY HAVE NOT YET CASHED THE "CHECK" AS OF TODAY FEB. 15TH. NOW OUR PAYMENT IS ONCE AGAIN DUE IN 5 DAYS, AND NO INVOICE AGAIN. DO YOU THINK YOU CAN GET A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE? HELL NO! I WILL NOT PAY BY PHONE AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT PAY LATE FEES! COME GET THE PIECE OF JUNK!!!!! SEND AN INVOICE IF YOU WANT ME TO PAY...................... :-))

This kind of behavior is not tolerated within this forum.
We all get upset at times, but please don't go around bashing others that you don't know, who can probably help you with your issue.
And please apologize to Bob, as he was only trying to help.
