Dell Inspiron 3650 graphics card

I was wondering what's the max graphics card that a Dell inspiron 3650 support mainly in terms of PSU in wattage and connectors. I have a GTX1060 3gb zotac mini and was hoping to get a Dell Inspiron 3650 that could support that card. If not I might just get the Dell XPS 8910 desktop instead.

The 3650 has a laptop size power supply.  So if you want to use a regular power supply you have to get an adapter cable AND put the power supply OUTSIDE the case running the wires inside thru the hole that the internal power supply leaves when you remove it.

While the 1060 mini may fit in the case BARELY the stock power supply is too small.  Some have overcome this Limitation by removing the tiny power supply completely and running the wires for a standard EPS12v supply in the back thru the hole left by removing the power supply and using an adapter.

This requires an adapter.

It's kind of confusing that there'd be a 3650 and it's called a gamer edition with such a low power supply unit.

People have been able to make it into a gaming system with a fair GPU.

Even Austin however does not recommend this system for a gaming platform.

So then what kind of PSU comes in the Dell XPS 8910? Can that fit a Zotac GTX 1060 mini 3gb card? And does it have a 6 pin connector?

8910 has a 460W power supply.  3rd party units like the EVGA 850 Platinum work just fine.
