Dell Movie Studio & Net Meeting

​I have a Dell 4550 that I have installed a Dell Movie Studio 2 capture card . My question, is there a way to get Microsoft Net Meeting to recognize my capture device? It works fine with Microsoft Messenger? Am I missing a driver or something?​
