Dual 2560 x 1440 resolution monitors with Radeon HD 7750 DUAL HDMI 1GB graphics card

I bought this graphics card on advice of  a dell chat session.  My request was ability to drive TWO 2560 x 1440 resolution monitors on my Studio XPS 8100.

"1 x Radeon HD 7750 DUAL HDMI 1GB"

It has worked great with a single monitor so I bought the second high res monitor and I am dismayed to find that the graphics card only supplies high resolution to one of them.  The other is 1920 by 1080 and because that is not the native resolution of the monitor the image is poor.

Is there something I can do to get the image quality I expected, or is this graphics card limited to only one 2560 x 1440 monitor?

I'm so disappointed!

Not all cables will work to the spec. There have been articles showing how bad some are. Remember, many hardware supplier's do not supply quality parts. Even showing testing on cables under laboratory conditions doesn't mean it will work for you. Many posts out there showing that some cables do not work beyond HDMI. Remember that although the HDMI 1.3 will theoretically deliver your resolution, the standard was built around TV, not computer video. TV will usually be at 24 fps ( 60 for Blu-Ray), and low color depth. computer output is at least 60 fps and as much as 32 bit color. Although 1.3 should handle 4k resolution for TV, it could be weak for 2k in a computer application (which is what you are using) because of the higher required bandwidth. If you set the video to 30 fps and a lower color depth, 1.3 may work for you. Check the web for other's experience.

It sounds like everything is working just fine for the OP.
