E support button malfunctioning

Hi,
Recently had some major PC troubles and I had to reinstall Windows Me.
Unfortunately I couldn't use my original CD-Rom version because I allowed Windows to update my OS online.

Anyway, I am working again but each time I start up my PC a warning message pops up telling me the system had trouble finding the E support button. Is there a way to get rid of that message and to reinstall that E support button?

Regards,

Dirk

If you install the Dell Solution Center (either from the CD supplied by Dell or from Dell's download site) it will install the drivers for the E-Support Button. Since the E-Support button really doesn't do anything, you might want to uninstall the Dell Resolution Assistant after you have installed the Dell Solution Center. Resolution Assistant became unsupported in August 2001, and having it running on your system causes it to consume system resources for no good reason.
