Click on "Live Update" but instead of choosing "next", select "configure" and check your internet connection configurations. They may have somehow changed.In addition,you can check here:
My Live Update has not been automatic since I re-subscribed to Norton's via the telephone. Was just wondering if you had recently re-subscribed?
In any case, updating manually is not much of a problem and you can do it whenever you feel it's necessary. Regards, Paul
