inspiron 3847 graphics card and psu upgrade

I was wanting to upgrade my inspiron 3847 with integrated graphics and add a gtx 1050 i was wondering if i would be able to do this and add a power supply

The 1050 will need to be a SHORT version like the Zotac GTX 1050 TI Mini ZT-P10510A-10L

The power supply can be an EVGA 750B1  but not a B2 or G2.

Long cards Do not Fit.   Power Supplies that do not have 150W on the 3.3v/5v rails and or 25 AMPS on these rails as well as 3Amps or more on the +5vsb Rail do not work.  Look for an 80 percent efficient or better  EPS12v power supply that is not larger than
