Please help, brand new Inspiron 24 stuck on dell logo
I don't know why this is happening, I just got this pc two weeks ago, it's the Inspiron 24 7000 series. At first I was working on some stuff but I had to leave my computer for an hour or so, when I came back the computer was asleep, when I tried moving the mouse, nothing worked so I just forced it to turn off, which I really didn't want to because I lost all my work. Now, it's just stuck on the logo, I tried everything online, I took out all the things connected to it but that didn't work, I unplugged it and held down the power button but that didn't work either. Can someone please help, I am able to get into f2 if that helps

Hi,
I would ask you to check these detail and advise the result.
*Check if you are able to hear any beeps from the system or see any indicator lights being on.
*See if you are able to initiate the dell hardware diagnostics on the system by pressing the F12 key on system startup.
Also do reply to this post along with the service tag of the system sent via private message.
