Possibility of an 0141 error code caused by memory error
I have a Precision T5500 and I have been trying for a fresh install of Win 7 on a solid state drive, but no way will it recognise any hard drive storage, though I've tried every configuration and pre boot driver. I have however, got a diagnostic result pointing to a dimm memory error that comes up mostly as correctable, but also once uncorrectable. Could replacement of the offending module be the answer? Thank you for any help in this. Phillip

SSD's are advanced format drives that have 4k sectors not 512e sectors. This means you MUST USE windows 7 SP1 and you MUST use INTEL RST F6 Drivers or Raid Controller F6 Drivers.
Memory errors are not related to "not seeing" the drive.
