Problem overclocking my XPS 630?
Here's my system specs.
Q6600 @ 2.4 ghz
Duel 8800GT's in SLI
4gb of RAM @ 667.
I get into the control panel thing,
I did this..
675MHz core
1625Mhz shader
980MHz memory
and set the cooling for both cards to 50%.
It all worked good, looked at the system monitor and it showed that it all went through.
I went to overclock my Q6600 next, and set it so it'd be at 2.6 ghz (was going to slowly put it up) and set the fans to 46% for that.
It worked good, so then I restarted my PC..
and all of the settings are undone and went back to default.
What did I do wrong?
Thanks.

were you using ntune or the Bios?? if you were using ntune it will not stick. you would have to created a profile and then set that profile to run at boot...do all your oc'ing in the bios...those setting will stick when you reboot..
